What are the VPAT® and ACR?
- The VPAT® (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) is the industry-standard framework used to report accessibility conformance.
- The ACR (Accessibility Conformance Report) is Rheaply’s completed VPAT®, summarizing how our platform supports WCAG 2.1 Level AA, Section 508, and EN 301 549.
You can view or share the report for accessibility reviews, procurement, or compliance documentation.
Our Accessibility Status
Rheaply’s 2025 Accessibility Conformance Report confirms that our platform:
- Meets or partially meets all WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria
- Is aligned with Section 508 (U.S.) and EN 301 549 (EU) standards
- Has a few minor known issues (like ARIA labels and tooltip behaviors) planned for resolution by the end of 2026.
Additional needs
We continually strive to improve our accessibility experience. If you encounter an issue or need help using a specific feature, please contact us: help@rheaply.com.
If your organization requires documentation for procurement, compliance review, or accessibility audits, please share the ACR directly with your accessibility or IT compliance team. It provides all the detailed conformance data they’ll need.
