If at any time you encounter an issue on the Rheaply Platform, the simplest way to get in touch with us is to select the help icon. If you are a standard user, this question mark help icon will be located at the top right of your screen. If you are an admin, the icon will be located in the admin toolbar on the left side of your screen.
This will initiate a chat with one of our team members who can answer your question or take your feedback. Alternatively, you can always send an email describing your problem or asking a question to email@example.com
