A payment method can be added for transactions where money is changing hands. Currently, the payment methods we accept include credit cards and ACH (via a bank redirect).

Requirements

  • Anyone can add a payment method, but payment methods can only be used to pay for an order that accepts payments (based on the Seller’s organization’s settings).

Step-by-step

Adding a payment method from your profile

  1. Click the account menu then click settings (or profile then edit profile).

  2. From the settings page click payment methods, then click add payment method.

  3. Select the type of payment method (credit card or ACH) then fill out the required fields before clicking add payment method to save.

Payment methods added to your profile will show up as an option when paying for an order.

Adding a payment method while paying for an order

  1. When paying for an order you will be able to select from a list of your previously added payment methods or click + to add a new one.

  2. Select the type of payment method (credit card or ACH) then fill out the required fields before clicking add payment method to save.

Payment methods added while paying for an order will be added to your profile.
