Through the bulk create listings feature you can post multiple listings at once.
This is helpful if:
You are posting multiple items at a time in the platform
You have not formally inventoried your items
Step-by-step
Navigate to the create new listing page. Here you will find a list of all available listing types.
From there, choose Multiple listings to navigate to the bulk create listings page. On this page you will be presented with a table in which you can input listing data.
To add more rows you can click on the plus sign located at the top of the table or you can click on Add listing which is located at the bottom.
To edit multiple listings at the same time select all the desired listings by clicking the square which is located at the beginning of each row. After doing so you’ll see additional toolbar options at the top of the table.
To edit the data for multiple listings click on the pencil icon labeled edit fields. Then choose the field in which you want to edit. After completing your edit, click the button labeled apply. This will apply your information across all selected listings.
To delete multiple listings at a time you can click on the trash can icon labeled delete. This will delete all selected listings from the table. NOTE: You cannot undo this action once completed.
If you navigate away from the multiple listings page, your data will be saved as a cookie in your browser. When you return to the page, your data will still be there.
Once you have finished entering in your listings you will have the option to either save them as a draft or to publish them. Clicking the save draft button will create draft listings for each of your listings. Clicking on the publish button will post your listing on the Rheaply Marketplace.
Time-saving tip:
If you would like to leverage our AI Suggestions tool to fill out the description, weight, or the replacement cost of a listing, you can apply the tool in bulk after you have published or saved your listings as a draft.
Fill out your listings in the multi-create page, but leave weight, replacement cost, and/or description blank. You can use this tip on just one of these fields, or all three!
Save all of your listings as drafts, navigate to Selling > Listings, and then select the Draft tab at the top of the page.
Select all of the drafts you would like to apply Suggestions to using the check boxes to the left of each listing.
You can select and take action on up to 120 listings at a time. If you have more than 120 listings to edit or update, you can take actions in groups of 120.
With the listings selected, click on the sparkle icon to apply Suggestions. You will then be redirected back to a multi-edit view.
Cells highlighted in purple are fields where AI Suggestions have been applied.
Review the changes, make any necessary edits, and then finalize the listings.
When you are ready to post these updated drafts, you will navigate back to Selling > Listings > Drafts, select all of the listings you would like to publish, and then click the ellipses in the menu above.
Select Publish.
