Edit an "On hold" offer (as a recipient)

Edit an "On hold" offer to adjust quantities or remove listings before resubmitting

As a recipient, your offer will go into an "On hold" status if a part of what you asked for is no longer available (for example, if a competing offer is accepted or if the listing manager decreases available quantity). You can edit an "On hold" offer to adjust quantities or remove listings and then resubmit it. Editing an "On hold" offer allows you to quickly make changes without needing to cancel your offer and create a new one.

Where is it done?


Edit a held offer

  1. Under Buying/Receiving on the navigation bar, click on Offers.

  2. Click on the "On hold" tab at the top.

  3. Find the offer you want to edit and click Edit.

  4. Adjust the quantities or remove listings as needed.

    1. You can increase or decrease the quantity of any item (as long as the quantity you're asking for is available).

    2. To remove a listing entirely, click the trash can icon.

  5. Once your changes are complete, click Resubmit offer at the top.

    1. Note: You can also choose to Withdraw the entire offer from this page.
