Listing managers and Admins can set or edit the listing manager when creating or editing their listings. The listing manager is responsible for the listing and its associated offers and orders.
Requirements
The listing manager CANNOT be changed if the listing already has at least one offer or order.

You are posting something on the platform.
Someone in your organization who is a listing manager of active listings leaves the organization.
Where is it done?
Edit the listing manager for a listing
Navigate to Selling > Listings and search or filter to find your listing.
Click the 3 dots on the listing you want to update, then click Edit.
Scroll down to the Listing manager field and search for the listing manager you’d like to add.
You can also remove any listing manager by clicking the X next to their name.
Once all your changes are in, click Update, and your changes will be live.
Edit the listing manager for multiple listings
Navigate to Selling > Listings and search or filter to find the listings you want to edit.
Use the checkboxes to select each listing, then click on the pencil icon (✏️), then click Listing manager.
From here, you can search for any listing managers you'd like to add. You can also select from the following in the dropdown:
Add to: adds a listing manager to these listings and preserves the current listing managers.
Replace: will replace all the current listing managers with the new listing managers you specify.
Once you'd made all your changes, click Apply to set your changes in motion.
Important notes
The listing manager cannot be changed if a listing already has at least one offer or order.
Once a user reassigns the manager of their listing to someone else, they will no longer be able to view and manage it.
