The more users from your organization that are on the Rheaply Platform, the better! If your organization allows it, please share the platform with your colleagues and invite them to sign in. They can log in at app.rheaply.com and follow the prompts from there. Thanks for spreading reuse at your organization!

Who can do this?

  • For organizations using SSO, any user.

  • For all other organizations, only admins will be able to invite new users.

This article is helpful if:

  • You are looking to invite new users to the Rheaply Platform.

Where is it done?

For admins: Admin > Users (click invite users on the top right)

For non-admin users that use SSO, by referring colleagues to login with their organization credentials at app.rheaply.com.

Invite a user as an admin:

When inviting new users to your organization, you will do so through the Users tab on Circulate. Depending on your subscription type, and the role you'd like to assign a user, you will choose if you want to invite them to:

  • Circulate-only

  • Inventory-only

  • Both

Here's how:

Circulate-only

  1. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add, separated by a comma.

  2. Select the role* you would like for those users to have in Circulate if you wish to do something other than your organization’s default.

  3. Uncheck Inventory access to ensure they are not assigned the ability to log into inventory.

  4. Send the invites.

Inventory-only (Visibility)

  1. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add, separated by a comma.

  2. Select the role* you would like for those users to have on the Inventory side.

  3. Uncheck Circulate access to ensure they are not assigned the ability to log into the Circulate marketplace.

  4. Send the invites.

Circulate + Inventory (Visibility)

  1. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add, separated by a comma.

  2. Select the role* you would like for those users to have on the Circulate and Inventory side (Visibility).

  3. Send the invites.
