The Inventory page displays a searchable and sortable collection of all resources across your organization. From here, you can switch between views, apply filters, sort results, and customize how information is displayed—all designed to help you efficiently locate the resources you’re looking for.

This article is helpful if: you’re trying to browse, filter, sort, or customize your inventory view to locate specific items or manage what’s visible.

Who can do this? Anyone with access to the platform can view the inventory.

Where is it done?

Access your inventory

  • From the homepage, click the Manage your items card.

  • Or, from any page, click Inventory from the left-hand sidebar.

Switch between list and grid views

  1. Navigate to the inventory page.

  2. Look at the far end of the toolbar and click the view toggle button to switch between list view and grid view.

Filter your inventory

  1. From the Inventory page, enter a keyword into the Search bar.

  2. Use the Location filter to select one or more locations.

  3. Use the Category filter to choose a category level.

  4. Click More filters to filter by any of the following: Color, Manufacturer, Product area, Tags, Condition, Verification status, Status

Sort your inventory

  1. From the Inventory page, click the Sort by dropdown near the top of the page.

  2. Select a sorting option: Newest, Oldest, Title A-Z or Z-A, Asset tag A-Z or Z-A, Most or least items available, Category A-Z or Z-A.

  3. You can also sort specific columns directly by clicking on the column header. This works for columns including: Title, Asset tag, Available, Created, and Category.

Customize columns in list view

  1. From the Inventory page, switch to list view.

  2. Click the gear icon in the top right of the inventory table.

  3. Choose an image size: small, medium, or large.

  4. Use the toggles to show or hide columns as needed.

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Show all to reset to the default view.

Bulk inventory actions

You can take bulk action on your inventory by following these steps:

  1. Search or filter your inventory down to a specific list of items.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select which items you want to edit. Any filters will be applied so that you aren’t editing items outside those filters.

  3. Click Bulk actions above the table and then select an action:

    1. Edit items – edit item details for the items you selected.

    2. Delete items – delete the items you have selected.

    3. Print QR label – Print QR labels for the items you selected.

Save a view of your inventory

If you’d like to save a specific view of your inventory to come back to, you can simply bookmark the page. Any applied filters on the inventory page are saved to the URL, so that URL can be bookmarked or even shared with others in your organization.

If you find yourself using the same filters constantly, check out our Saved Search feature.
