Our inventory management reports provide visibility into the movement and lifecycle of your items on Rheaply. Use these reports to help inform audits, financial reporting, and operational decisions.
These reports help your team track inventory from start to finish—across locations, suppliers, and usage status—making it easier to manage cost, identify repair needs, and make informed end-of-use decisions.

Overview of reports
Product overview: Get a current view of the products in your inventory with total item counts and the sum cost of those items.
Item transfers: Monitor item movements between locations to stay on top of inventory flow.
Item end-of-use: Track items that have exited your organization through sale, donation, or disposal.
Item repairs: View individual repair events for audit trails, impact tracking, and financial reporting.

Data table
The core of the report is a downloadable data table that highlights the number of items and the total cost of those items for each product in your inventory (with all product details).
Downloadable reports
This report comes with 2 types of downloads: CSV and PDF. The CSV contains a table of all the data seen on the data table in the report + a breakdown of item counts by status. The PDF includes a similar breakdown but in a more visual format with product images. Any filters applied to the report will also be applied to the downloads.
