When making an offer on a post in the marketplace, there is an option to send a message. Users can ask about payment, pickup, availability, the condition of the item, and more!
Who can do this?
Where is it done?
All messages will be shown in the conversations section of the Rheaply Platform. For admins, this is found in the toolbar on the left and for standard users, this is is located in the top right of the page.
Click on Conversations.
Messages are broken down different folders: Inbox, Sent, Archive, Trash.
Messages for Offers will show the title of the Post, it's Post Type, and the status of the Offer.
Users can follow up with their Offers here.
Messages from Contacts
Messages can also be sent to Contacts that you've added.
Go to your Profile.
Click on Contacts beneath your profile photo.
Click on any Contact and then on Message.
Draft your Message and hit Send.
