When making an offer on a listing in the marketplace, there is an option to send a message. Users can ask about payment, pickup, availability, the condition of the item, and more!

Step-by-step
Click on Messages.
Messages are broken down different folders: Inbox, Sent, Archive, Trash.
Messages for Offers will show details about the offer, the offer status, and a link to View order.
Use messages to communicate about offers/orders. This is a great place to ask questions about items, work out pick up logistics, and align on payment (if applicable).
Use the Filters button at the top of the Messages page to find a specific conversation - filter by User or Offer status.
