You can add multiple items to your Shopping cart to make offers for each listing you’re interested in from one place. Here's how to make an Offer.

Make offers from the cart
You can submit multiple offers at once. Offers that have the same listing manager will be grouped.
Browse and click on any item you want to make an offer on.
Set the quantity you need (optional: specify condition)
Click Add to cart.
Continue adding as many items as you want to your cart.
Once ready, click View cart, or click Cart in the left-hand sidebar, then click Continue to checkout.
Review and finalize any details, then click Submit offers.
Once submitted, the listing manager will receive a notification about your Offer(s) and can choose to accept or decline it.
