Forgot to link your hold or order to a project? No problem! You can assign holds or orders to a project retroactively when viewing your hold or order.
Who can do this?
Listing managers of any order or hold request not currently tied to a project.
When would you do this?
If you forgot to add listings to a project before placing an order.
Where is it done?
When viewing a hold or order
Selling > Orders (then click View hold/order)
Limitations
This functionality is not currently available for Offers.
Once you've added an order to a project, it can’t be moved to a different one—it stays tied to that original project only.
Add a hold or order to a project
Navigate to your hold or order. All your orders can be found under the Selling > Orders menu item on the left.
When viewing an individual hold or order, locate the Project label (on the right-hand side on desktop), then click Add to project.
Use the prompts in the pop-up to either add your order to an existing project or create a new project to add it to.
