Forgot to link your hold or order to a project? No problem! You can assign holds or orders to a project retroactively when viewing your hold or order.

Who can do this?

Listing managers of any order or hold request not currently tied to a project.

When would you do this?

  • If you forgot to add listings to a project before placing an order.

Where is it done?

Limitations

  • This functionality is not currently available for Offers.

  • Once you've added an order to a project, it can’t be moved to a different one—it stays tied to that original project only.

Add a hold or order to a project

  1. Navigate to your hold or order. All your orders can be found under the Selling > Orders menu item on the left.

  2. When viewing an individual hold or order, locate the Project label (on the right-hand side on desktop), then click Add to project.

  3. Use the prompts in the pop-up to either add your order to an existing project or create a new project to add it to.
